Lucas Machado
My name is Lucas Machado, and I am a senior at the University of Connecticut, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Communications. I am originally from Brazil, and my passion for business is what drives my professional and academic pursuits.
Outside of my studies, my passion for soccer and sports is a big part of my life. This interest inspired me to co-found Cover'd, a brand that fits perfectly into the world of tailgates and events.
Maria Paula Meneses
Hello! I’m Paula, currently a senior at the University of Connecticut studying Business Management, with a concentration in entrepreneurship and a minor in supply chain. I’m originally from Lima, Peru, and I’m passionate about building things that make a positive difference in people’s lives.
When I’m not studying, you’ll find me dancing, cooking, or enjoying time with friends and family. I live by the motto of finding joy in the small moments, which inspired me to co-found Cover’d—a brand that brings people together through playful accessories and encourages self-expression to make everyday moments more fun and meaningful.
